Aspire DC has stock from many different suppliers and we do our very best to have as much in stock in-store as possible for your convenience. However, if we don't have it, or you want something very specific, we can order it in and in most cases can have it in-store within 7-days. (We say most cases because sometimes there are things beyond our control). Our products in-stock are shown by a message (i.e. 2 in-stock) above the checkout button or if in doubt please feel free to inquire on the product prior to purchasing.
Products can sell out before our stock on our website says its "Sold Out" (Particularly if it is a sale item). If your order is urgent and is required by a due date, please contact us first so that we can ensure all products can be sourced in time for you. If we cannot source an item that is sold out, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
ONLINE ITEMS ONLY - Please note Aspire has In Store and Online this does differ and what is advertised as an ONLINE only items means we order this in from the Supplier, Aspire orders every Sunday Evening and you will be notified of your item arriving as soon as Aspire has this in store, or it will be posted that day if postage is required, by ticking the Terms and Conditions box at checkout means you understand this. If an item is In Store and Online also does not necessarily mean that the one particular item is in store it means that there may be one or a few of a style in store, please check with us if you require an item and are not sure if we have it. Aspire will not refund any items that have been ordered as you have read and understand the Terms affiliated with Online ordering and you are agreeing to and are aware that this takes longer to arrive and are prepared to wait for your product.
Please note orders placed after close of business are not processed until the following business day, As we do have 2 stores items from your order may be at the other location and will be transferred where needed, we DO NOT have an Immediate CLICK & COLLECT service and your order is NOT guaranteed to be ready for the next day, you will receive notification as soon as it is ready and the status of your order as soon as our processing team receive your order. If you require your order by a certain time or date please place notes with your order or send us a quick email to notify us of this and we will do our best to make sure we have it by the time frame needed. Please do not attempt to collect your order without receiving confirmation it's ready for collection. If your item is not in stock and needs to be ordered you will be notified within 24hours of Aspire receiving your order and this is a turn around time of 7+ days due to postage and processing times. Please notify us within 24hours of this email if you wish to cancel your order as once we have ordered your items no refunds will be warranted and you will be charged a 30% restock fee or a store credit may be given. Please choose carefully with this in mind.
Your delivery options are:
- Domestic – Australia: Delivered either with or without insurance
- Pick up
- International: You will be emailed a delivery quote.
FREE DELIVERY EXCLUDES DREAM DUFFEL & FABRIC ROLLS - This will be sent to you in an invoice after your purchase.
A set delivery rate will automatically be applied to your order.
Depending on size/weight of your order (and address location), delivery method will be either express post, parcel post or courier.
Please allow up to 2 - 5 days for processing and handling, and 3 to 10 business days after the processing time for delivery of goods ( so we ask that you allow up to at least a minimum of 15 business days for delivery before contacting us in regards to a missing or delayed parcel ). If your items are going to be longer than this then Aspire will contact you in regards to your order and talk to you about what options we have. This can also include express items as postage is beyond our control ( please note we are not in control of the delivery once Australia Post have received it. If your order is URGENT, please contact us first to see what we can do to assure delivery ON-TIME!
Aspire will NOT REFUND any items that have been delayed or lost in transit as delivery times are beyond our control once they have left Aspire. Please make sure that you have read the above postage terms and conditions prior to sending any items back to Aspire, If you would like to Insure your item to cover any loss or damage please let us know once you have placed your order and we will invoice you for this cost to be added to your order as Aspire is not liable for any damages in transit )
PLEASE DO NOT JUST SEND ANY PARCELS BACK TO ASPIRE WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT WITH MANAGEMENT FIRST, Aspire will NOT just refund your items if you just decide to post it back to us as under the ACCC our policies are in place and backed. you may NOT be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not given due to delays in transit and refunds are not just given if you send it back without prior written notification and all procedures taken first.
You will be notified if any of your items are placed on backorder (which may cause a delay in delivery). This does not warrant a refund after your purchase as it is beyond our control.
Bulky and international orders will incur an extra charge, which will be calculated prior to dispatch. You will be notified via email of delivery charge for your approval.
‘Free delivery promotions’, bulky and large orders over 5kg may incur additional costs to which you will be informed.
TRACK MY ORDER
We use Australia Post express post and parcel post services plus local couriers for deliveries.
All orders are tracked by Aspire DC. Please contact us if you would like to track your order’s progress.
For international orders: Australia Post Economy Air (with signature on delivery) service is used. General delivery time-frame is up to ten business days (depending on delivery location). No tracking is available on this service. If you would like tracking on your order please advise us in the ‘notes’ section of your order and we can notify you of the service/cost available.
Pick up from 2 of Aspire Dance Collections Stores, Kelmscott or Cockburn, during business hours ( Please check our website or Google for all stores opening hours ). You will be notified by either SMS or email once your order is ready for pick up. If you are unable to make it for pick up we can arrange delivery for a small fee which will be quoted on at request and is cash on delivery. All postage costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT automatically refundable a 30% restocking fee does apply to ALL goods returned and NO postage costs are refunded. We accept NO responsibility for damages of goods in transit. We accept NO responsibility of any delays in transit, No refunds or exchanges are given on items that are on sale or limited editions or after the 30 day of purchase date. Please make sure items are chosen correctly and if unsure about sizing please send us a message prior to purchase.
Dates over Public Holidays, and Easter, or Christmas and New Year will be very different to our normal pick up and postage procedures.
As Aspire closes over these holiday periods we are not in store to Monitor orders and emails are checked every few days.
You are welcome to order and shop online as we still offer postage service we just ask that you bare in mind that this is not completed every day, Over the Christmas Break where Aspire closes for anywhere up to 6 weeks and staff have holidays we may only post up to once a week. If your item needs to be ordered in as you have purchased an ONLINE ITEM ONLY this will however need to be ordered upon the return as our Suppliers also close.
With the above as our Suppliers do shut like us you will be notified of this upon ordering however we do not warrant refunds as we have clearly advertised this to all customers that we are unable to order in until they reopen, This is also advertised in the description of most ONLINE ONLY products. Our strict 30 day returns policy still adheres over these breaks and our store closures.
